Coaching Objective:
Christine Sommer, has partnered with the Central Coach Women’s Network to offer individual coaching for women in business. About Christine Christine is a small business coach offering services to small business owners and entrepreneurs on the Central Coast. Christine is passionate about helping business owners make smart proactive decisions in their business versus the reactive costly decisions often made without having a plan in place.Christine has worked with hundreds of businesses assisting them with sales strategies, starting businesses, management issues, assessing financials and implementing marketing strategies to name a few. She excels at holding her clients accountable to the work needed to be performed to make the changes in their business. Prior to her experience working with a business consulting company, Christine had worked hands- on in a small business environment helping to grow a start-up specialty food company where her clients were large hotel chains and international corporations down to small family owned businesses. This experience has allowed her to connect with her clients and understand the issues they face as a small business owner. She is also a partner of Live File, a document imaging and software business that helps companies go paperless. She really enjoys working with businesses to become more efficient, focus on their sales strategy and add to their bottom line.
