Hosting a networking meeting is a great opportunity to promote your business at little cost in an informal open house atmosphere, while allowing members and guests to network and expand personal contacts. Average attendance this year has been 30 to 40 people. Networking meetings will be held from 5:30p.m. to 7:30p.m, Wednesday or Thursday.

CCWN manages advertising and video production, provide name tags, gathering of drawing prizes and registration for the event. Hosts must be a current member of CCWN.
As a host, you will coordinate to your best interest the following duties:
Provide a facility to adequately accommodate 30 – 40 guests within reasonable standards of comfort.
Adequate hors d’oeuvres, water, tea, coffee. Beverages should be available for purchase.
A six-foot table for tabletop exhibits and a small table for registration.
Sample Networking Program:
5:00 p.m. CCWN volunteer team will set up and help host as requested
5:30 p.m. Members arrive and network informally
6:00 p.m. CCWN founder
welcome Members, Guests and Introduce Networking Host.
6:10 p.m. Business Spotlight: Networking Host and Members
6:30 p.m. Preview exhibits, additional networking
7:00 p.m. Event volunteer commences with drawing for prizes
7:15 p.m. Networking continues to end.
As a host, you may want to have co-sponsors. If so, we suggest you contact other CCWN members to cater your event, provide rentals, (i.e. chairs, tables, and other decorations.)
